Trattoria Napule Zoga in Tinos

A passion for good food defines the Napule Zoga restaurant in Tinos.  Housed in the Aeolis Tinos Suites hotel in Triantaros, our restaurant is open to everyone.

A New Culinary Identity

Our menu features fresh fish, local meats, as well as options for vegetarians and vegans. Our dishes harmoniously blend the simplicity of tradition with the finesse of modern cuisine. 90% of our products come from Tinos and the Cyclades, while our Italian dishes feature authentic ingredients sourced directly from small producers in Italy. Chef Dimitris Karouziotis

Dimitris Karouziotis leads the Napule Zoga kitchen with a culinary philosophy founded on respect for ingredients, seasonality, and a deep connection to the land. With 15 years at Lefteris Lazarou’s award-winning, Michelin-starred Varoulko and experience at the Italian restaurant Napul’è in Athens, he combines technical precision with a sense of restraint.

Chef Dimitris Karouziotis crafts a cuisine defined by the seasons, an absolute respect for ingredients, and genuine creativity. He personally selects the fish each day, while many of the vegetables, herbs, and fruits are grown in the restaurant’s own garden. The olive oil comes from the Aeolis olive grove.

His cooking is honest and direct. He does not seek to impress, but rather to reveal the truth of a flavor—creating dishes that capture the power of simplicity and the essence of the land.

Authentic Italian Pizza in the Aegean

At Napule Zoga, pizza is a ritual. The dough, made with five types of flour and naturally aged, offers a light texture, rich aroma, and easy digestion. The Pizza Margherita served at Napule follows the authentic Neapolitan philosophy and the technique established by Francesco Granata, who in 2026 was honored with the Best Pizza Margherita in the World Award at The Best Pizza Awards. Our pizza is crafted with care, knowledge, and respect for tradition. View the pizza menu.

Our Philosophy

For us, hospitality is its very essence, not just a service. The chef and his team work with transparency, respect for the environment, and the aim to showcase the best that Tinos offers in a way that is contemporary, accessible, and inspired.

At Trattoria Napule Zoga, you will enjoy a cuisine that is vibrant, aromatic, and balanced. From fresh fish and seafood to selected meats, refreshing salads, and handmade dishes that combine Greek tradition and Italian technique, every choice has character and depth. See selected dishes.

Our Wine Cellar

Our restaurant features a carefully curated wine cellar, mainly with wines from Greek vineyards, from small and selected producers. Labels from Tinos, the Cyclades, Northern Greece, and the Peloponnese harmoniously accompany and highlight the flavors and aromas of the dishes you choose, enhancing the experience at your table. How we chose the name “Trattoria Napule Zoga”

The name Trattoria Napule Zoga expresses the restaurant’s identity, which connects the Mediterranean with the Cyclades, flavor with the place, and simplicity with culinary care. The word “Trattoria” refers to a hospitable Italian dining space, unpretentious but with deep culinary knowledge, where the quality of the raw material is paramount and the flavors have a homemade character. “Napule” comes from Naples, the birthplace of Neapolitan pizza and the Italian South, and inspires the Italian part of the menu, bringing to your plate ingredients, techniques, and mentalities from a gastronomic tradition with intensity, passion, and history.

Zoga” belongs to the Cyclades. It is one of the oldest traditional fishing techniques in the Aegean, a word that carries the island air, the relationship with the sea, and the memory of places. It is used here as a symbol for how we “fish” — we choose carefully, retrieve with respect, bring to the table what truly deserves it. This is how the Napule Zoga experience is born: with roots in tradition and an eye focused on the essence of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
